hey its him...u can see his bow better...but not all the way...cries. anyway he is just what he is death itself i think the skin tone is too...funky but im too lazy to fix it so there.

The kind of gradient-ish effect with the bow are nice. Smooth-looking, kind of satiny. The eye color is brilliant. Dunno how you got the irises to actually look like irises, but whatever it is, I want Painter.

Now.

GIVE!

Final notes: not sure what I think about the hair color, but I guess it'll do. It kind of clashes with the bow. Second, my favorite part is probably that eyebrow. The one that's just slightly cocked. :P

Yeah, maybe his height would balance it out . . . Some things in character design you can never look at quite right, until you've got the whole body on paper. It's hard to predict what will work and what won't. :\

Well, them's the breaks.

In other words, fine, don't give me Painter. The GIMP is free anyway.
